Revenue Manager – Cyprus

We are looking for a new person to join the team in Cyprus to focus on Revenue & Product Management for hotel trading activities in the destination. The chosen candidate would use a range of reporting tools and innovative applications to analyse and improve the overall sales performance and increase revenue in this fast-growing destination.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

Optimise hotel trading revenue in accordance with budgets and product strategies
Analyse data to identify opportunities and trends with regards to the following:
– Sales performance of key markets and tour operators
– Recovery of downpayments and guarantees
– Sales performance and availability of hotels
Support Contracting team by analyzing competitiveness and availability of products
Negotiate offers and additional allotment from hotels where necessary
Liaise with Shared Services Centre for issues related to Product & Revenue Management

Requirements

University degree in Tourism or Economics
Experience in Yield & Revenue tasks or contracting with hotels is highly advantageous
Clear understanding of organizational and commercial practices within dynamic tourism sector
Fluent English
Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
Must be self-motivated and intellectually curious
Sound judgment to provide reliable and conscientious support to other teams
Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
Professional level of personal interaction and communication
